Find what’s holding your documentation back from organic discovery, clearer answers and better product exploration.
Review documentation as part of how buyers discover, understand and explore your software.

Documentation-focused ranking keywords, estimated search volumes, ranking pages and a selected Google results snapshot, when matching search data is available.
Documentation roles, navigation and contextual links. Identify explanations to review, disconnected sampled pages and buyer-focused content opportunities.
Readable product context, direct answers, descriptive sections and structured instructions. Assess readiness without claiming AI citations or visibility.
Look for useful routes from a product answer to product exploration, trials, demos and signup. Recommendations respect the purpose of the page.

We select representative documentation roles from sitemaps and public links, respecting robots.txt. Scores use the weighted proportion of passing checks in each category. Unknown checks are excluded. A reliable overall score requires readable content and measurable crawler permissions; failed fetches are disclosed and included in the HTTP check.
Exact duplicate content, metadata and response checks are observations. URL clarity, breadcrumb recognition, coverage, answer structure and product action recognition are heuristics. Missing sampled inbound links do not prove an orphan page. Provider rankings and search volumes are estimates for the selected market. AI-assisted recommendations are proposals grounded in cited evidence. We do not execute your JavaScript or claim actual indexing, Core Web Vitals, AI citations, traffic gains or conversions.
Give marketing a view of search opportunities, product a view of unanswered questions, and engineering a view of technical issues.
Your real report includes the evidence behind each finding and the URLs to review.

Highest score first. One latest measurable audit per documentation domain. Names are supplied by submitters or inferred from public docs, without ownership verification. Historical scores may use methodology 1.0; new audits use 2.0, so scores are not directly comparable.

Yes. Verify your work email to start processing and receive your private report. You do not need to connect Search Console, Analytics or another account. This does not subscribe you to our newsletter.
We discover public URLs from sitemaps and navigation, then sample up to 25 representative HTML pages across documentation roles. Smaller libraries, crawl permissions, server limits and resource budgets can reduce the sample. We show actual coverage.
The audit runs in background batches. Timing depends on library size, queue capacity and provider availability; we analyze a focused sample and advance ready stages together. You can close the browser. We email the report when processing finishes. Progress shows saved stages and actual page counts, without estimated percentages.
The Documentation Discoverability Score is a transparent, rule-based readiness score out of 100. Seven weighted categories use measurable evidence. Organic rankings and traffic estimates are reported separately. AI explains evidence and suggests actions; it does not assign your score. Methodology 2.0 is identified on new reports. Historical 1.0 reports retain their original methodology.
No. Crawlability and index directives are signals, not proof of Google indexation. GEO and AEO checks assess content structure and context, not whether an AI system mentions or recommends your software. Ranking and volume data are third-party estimates with a specific market and collection date.
We retain the evidence we can collect and clearly label unavailable sections. We do not invent rankings, traffic, keywords or recommendations. An audit without enough readable evidence has no overall score.
Anyone with your private, unguessable link can open it without an account. Reports are excluded from search and public listings, expire after 90 days, and can be forwarded to your team. Keep the link private.
A completed, measurable audit adds only the company or documentation name, documentation domain, score and audit date. One latest result appears per domain, highest score first. Names are inferred from public docs and are not ownership-verified. Detailed reports and emails remain private. Historical scores can use an earlier methodology and are not directly comparable.
Yes, within fair-use limits. Recent completed results may be reused for 72 hours on the same domain. Paid enrichment is not repeated during that period. Scope and category differences may require a fresh crawl with limited enrichment.
